My total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid me (which is zero for free services).

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
